  • 5 cm ginger
  • 4 beetroot
  • 50 ml vodka or gin
  • ice to taste
  • splash soda water
  • rosemary sprigs to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ginger, then juice with the beetroot.
  • Pour into a shaker with vodka or gin (not both) and shake well.
  • Pour over ice, add a splash of soda and garnish.
