- 4 beetroot
- 50 ml vodka or gin
- ice to taste
- splash soda water
- rosemary sprigs to garnish
Peel the ginger, then juice with the beetroot.
Pour into a shaker with vodka or gin (not both) and shake well.
Pour over ice, add a splash of soda and garnish.
