Ingredients
A good chunk of red or green cabbage, thinly sliced

carrots
grated

red or yellow pepper

red onion

handful coriander
roughly chopped

medium-hot chilli
finely chopped

white sesame seeds

For the dressing

olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice
Agave syrup
to taste

wholegrain mustard
salt and pepper
to taste

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Mix all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Place all the dressing ingredients in a Consol jar and shake to combine.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
