Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 125 g Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 25 g mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, spread the coconut flakes and almonds on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the yoghurt with the cinnamon and protein powder in a bowl. Sprinkle over the coconut and almonds and top with the berries.
