Macadamia Nut Pie
This macadamia nut pie is buttery, crunchy and oh-so satisfying.

- 1 ready made pie crust, pressed into a pie dish
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped macadamia nuts roasted and unsalted
In a bowl, beat the eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until combined.
Stir in the nuts. Pour into crust.
Bake at 160°C for 50-55 minutes or until centre is set and the top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
