Macadamia Nut Pie

This macadamia nut pie is buttery, crunchy and oh-so satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ready made pie crust, pressed into a pie dish
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped macadamia nuts roasted and unsalted

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until combined.
  • Stir in the nuts. Pour into crust.
  • Bake at 160°C for 50-55 minutes or until centre is set and the top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
