Mustard Sauce
This zingy mustard sauce complements the salty fish perfectly and you'll want to use it in other dishes, too.

- 1 tbsp English mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ to ⅓ cup cream
Add all the ingredients except the cream to the pot, heat over medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the cream, bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced and thickened.
