  • ¾ Cup Pineapple, cubed
  • ½ Cup Frozen mango
  • ¾ Cup Soya milk (with a drop of vanilla essence)
  • 3 Tbsp Low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ tsp Unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
