Simple Cherry Smoothie Recipe

This low calorie cherry smoothie is made with frozen cherries, kiwi, orange juice, coconut water and honey.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ Cup Frozen cherries
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • ¼ Cup Orange juice
  • ½ Cup Coconut water
  • ¾ tsp Honey
  • 3 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.

Notes

Up the ante: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for an additional 15 to 25g of protein.
