The Lean Girl's High-Protein Bagels
Whip these up in a flash and snack on something wholesome and protein-rich.

- 120 g Flour (cake or oat)
- 250 g Fat-free smooth cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Garlic & herb spice
- 1 Egg, for egg wash
- Everything Bagel seasoning to garnish
Combine your dry ingredients.
Add the cottage cheese and spoon the mixture together to form a dough.
Once dough is formed, divide into four sections.
Roll out the four sections into circles, making a hole in each one to create the bagel.
Bake the bagels in the oven for 15 minutes.
Fry up an egg and add it to the bagel with avocado, cottage cheese and baby spinach.
