The Lean Girl's High-Protein Bagels

Whip these up in a flash and snack on something wholesome and protein-rich.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g Flour (cake or oat)
  • 250 g Fat-free smooth cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic & herb spice
  • 1 Egg, for egg wash
  • Everything Bagel seasoning to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine your dry ingredients.
  • Add the cottage cheese and spoon the mixture together to form a dough.
  • Once dough is formed, divide into four sections.
  • Roll out the four sections into circles, making a hole in each one to create the bagel.
  • Bake the bagels in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Fry up an egg and add it to the bagel with avocado, cottage cheese and baby spinach.
