- 100 ml Rugani Beetroot Boost
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 80-100 ml chilled soda or tonic to taste
- 2-3 basil leaves lightly bruised
- Pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp honey or simple syrup optional
- Ice
Add ice to a rocks glass. Bruise the basil to release oils; drop in.
Pour in Beetroot Boost and lime, add a tiny pinch of salt, top with soda or tonic and give one gentle stir. Serve immediately.
