Ingredients
  

  • 340g ostrich mince
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and form into four patties. Braai for five to six minutes, then flip and braai for another five to six minutes, or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 70°C.
  • To serve, top each patty with two tablespoons grilled guacamole.
