- 340g ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp shallot finely minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and form into four patties. Braai for five to six minutes, then flip and braai for another five to six minutes, or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 75°C.
To serve, top each patty with half a sliced grilled peach.
