Can you smell the holidays? Picture it: sunshine, socials, bikini’s and a Raspberry & Basil Frosé! Wait, what? A Raspberry & Basil Frosé – that is, refreshing Rosé wine but better!
This, tastebud-tickling summery semi-frozen cocktail combines rosé sorbet, with fresh basil and raspberries, and is perfectly paired with brunch, or as a liquid treat on it’s own. Plus, it’s so easy to make!
Mixology:
• 75ml 4th STREET Rosé wine
• 15ml Sugar syrup
• 15ml Raspberry puree
• 3 Basil leaves
• 1 Scoop Rosé sorbet
Shake the wine, sugar syrup, raspberry puree and basil leaves in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a large wine glass and top with a scoop of sorbet. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and raspberries.
