1. Commit

Get your body moving at least 20 minutes a day. Caralishious says: “Just half an hour a day of good quality exercise is all it takes, so no excuses!”

2. Find Your Pleasure Spot 

Find a workout that you enjoy and that motivates you! “Exercise in a way that is sustainable for you. No one knows you better than you, so focus on YOU. What works for you,” says Cara-Lisa.

3. Listen To Your Body

“Your body is smart. It will let you know what it needs to eat, how it needs to move and when it needs to rest, so listen up! The more in tune with your body you become, the more you will start to look and feel the way you have always wanted.” She also suggests that on days that you’re feeling flat, opt for restorative exercise such as a gentle yoga or Pilates class.

4. Start By Loving Yourself

“No diet or workout can undo the damage of a negative mind. What you believe you manifest. Show yourself and your body some love and see what happens…”

5. Accept Your Individuality

“Ditch the copy-paste mentality. Everyone is different meaning everyone responds to nutrition and exercise differently! Take responsibility for your individuality  get to know you, listen to your body, find what works and then see the difference”
