4th STREET White Wine & Peach Pitcher
The perfect pairing of white wine, rich brandy, sweet peach and zingy ginger flavours.
Mixology:
• 75ml 4th STREET white wine
• 25ml Klipdrift brandy
• 15ml peach puree
• 10ml ginger syrup
• 10ml lemon juice
• Top with ginger beer/ale
Combine all the ingredients in a large glass with ice. Stir and garnish with fresh peach and edible flowers.
