Yes, it’s a bold claim, but one we stand by! Age is just a number and how we show up in fitness, beauty and life isn’t defined by the number of candles on our birthday cake. The May/June 2025 issue, dropping just in time for the long weekend (you’re welcome 😉), is packed with bite-sized advice to help you glow and stay strong at every stage.
From mobility-focused yoga for your head, shoulders and knees to anti-inflammatory foods that keep joint niggles in check, this ‘Fit At Any Age’ edition is stacked with expert tips to help you move better, feel stronger and thrive – whatever your age.
“We’ve been sold the idea that after a certain age, fitness, beauty and vitality start to fade. But science, experience and real-life powerhouses like Hilary prove that strength, endurance and glow are timeless when you train for longevity, fuel yourself well and embrace the wisdom that comes with every lap around the sun,” says Gotlhokwang Angoma-Mzini, Editor

Honestly, we can’t think of anyone best suited to grace the cover of our May/June 2025, themed ‘Fit At Any Age’, than a woman who’s unapologetically living life on her own terms – and dancing to her own health and wellness tune!
