This Simple Bone Broth Recipe Has Major Health Benefits

by | Jan 30, 2019 | Recipes

Bone broth is packed with health (and weight loss!) benefits. Make this easy broth at home: As the ingredients simmer, the nutrients are released into the water in a form your body can easily absorb.

Think: Calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A and K, zinc, iron, selenium and those super-NB omegas. Then don’t forget the amino acids and collagen. Plus: Bone broth is excellent for your digestive system – and it promotes feelings of fullness and curbs hunger pangs, so it’s the perfect weight-loss tool.
