Chocolatey goodness for the win!
Chocolate isn’t just a treat. It has way more nutritional uses than you think. The theory: People need fat for fuel, especially if they’re going to be sweating it out all day. This chocolate shake recipe is inspired by a blog post on TheHubSA.co.za, a popular South African online cycling forum.
Chocolate Shake: What You Need

1/ For the hot version, warm all the ingredients in a small saucepan, then blitz with a stick blender.
2/ For the cold one, simply blitz and enjoy.
