Meet Renchè Seyffert 

A certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, pre and post natal exercise specialist as well as a swim coach, Renchè Seyffert is your go-to girl for fitness in all stages of your life. Currently living in Potchefstroom, this forensic investigator turned personal trainer is set on helping women become the “healthiest, happiest version of themselves”.

Renchè says that her style of training involves anything from bodyweight training to functional fitness- with the occasional cardio session thrown in here and there. ” Fitness to me is about becoming better than you used to be. Not comparing yourself against anyone else. And I hope to inspire ladies to change their mindset to think this way as well,” explains Renchè.

Plank You Way To A Strong Core

“Planks excite me the absolute most. Give me 5 minutes of your time and I will show you a million ways to up your plank and challenge yourself,” exclaims Renchè. Try out Renchè’s gut-busting stability ball workout that will fire up your core and help burn that stubborn belly fat.

Do each exercise for 50 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times to feel the burn.
