Finding the time to squeeze in a workout or make a healthy meal while juggling your busy work schedule and family obligations can sometimes be impossible. When you’re an award-winning pop star like Ellie Goulding it becomes even harder. Ellie recently revealed to the Daily Mail how she manages to maintain her balanced lifestyle.
Mixing it up
Aside from her love for boxing, Ellie spices up her training every day by doing different workouts. “Variety is key. I love to mix my week up with different types of exercise, so I run and do yoga and combine metabolic stuff with plyometric stuff. No real secrets, but I try and train every day”, she told the Daily Mail.

Going Green
Her workout is not the only thing contributing to her healthy lifestyle. Ellie has been a vegetarian for three years now. “I just think it’s better for the environment and it’s more sustainable as well as being healthier so it’s win-win!”
