You’re in for an informative, insightful and inspiring experience at the Zoie Health stand. They’ll be having five 10-15 minute talks about women’s health with Dr Londiwe Kunene. Zoie Health will have three talks before your workouts start at 3pm and another two talks between 7pm and 8pm!
The Doctor Who Will Give You All The Juicy Deets Is:
Dr Londiwe Kunene, an OBGYN and Sex therapist. She’s a vibrant young doctor who has been working as a medical officer exclusively in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology for the greater part of 6 years. She has a keen interest in women’s sexual and reproductive health and is involved in teaching and community work to better the lives of women and our children.
The Fit Night Out Talks You Can Get Excited To Hear About:

Take The Ultimate Fitness Test
Everyone loves some healthy competition and it will be super fun to compete against yourself and other FNO-goers. Planet Fitness will have three rowers so you can take on the challenge and see how far you can row in a minute. They’ll also have three Assault bikes for you to see how many calories you can burn in 30 seconds.

6. Visit Body20 To Experience EMS And Get An InBody Assessment:
Body20 Arm Demos:
Body20 will be bringing one of their EMS devices. They’ll strap your arms and while you’re connected to the device you’ll experience what Body20 EMS training is.
InBody Assessments:
You’ll get to do an InBody assessment valued at R300 per assessment and get a printout of your results. An InBody Assessment is an express body assessment tool that establishes a baseline to accurately track your performance. The assessment looks at various factors including weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, lean muscle mass and other biometric information. InBody also monitors muscle imbalances and identifies critical areas to target during your Body20 workout for better results.

Our official charity partner, ILoveBoobies, provides free breast examinations to SA women who are unable to access these medical services due to financial, locational or social challenges. They’re also committed to raising awareness and support.
