Nothing beats a good homemade recipe that’s packed full of the good stuff – coconut, nuts, seeds, spices, ginger – and this one’s got ’em all! Best part (besides this granola being damn delicious)? These ingredients are great for your skin. Gingerol, the antioxidant in ginger, not only helps tone your skin, but also acts as an anti-inflammatory, which can help firm it up to look more youthful. It helps calm rashes and acne-prone skin, too!
